Dr. Tam Do

Dr. Do spent most of his childhood years in small rural cities including Fort Mc Murray, Yellowknife and Prince Rupert, however his wife and three kids have called Vancouver home for the last 14 years. With his keen interest in Science, Dr. Do received a four year UBC undergraduate entrance scholarship graduating with a BSc in Biochemistry. He subsequently scored in the 99th percentile in the academic sections of the dental aptitude entrance exam and graduated from UBC’s faculty of dentistry in 2004, receiving the oral medicine and oral pathology award.

Dr. Do is the principal dentist at Kingsgate Dental where his focus is on general and family dentistry. Dr Do is a very gentle, caring and outwardly friendly person – an attitude that translates well to his work in dentistry. His personality and experience also make him a natural for kid’s dentistry. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, ice hockey and ultimate frisbee. Dr. Do and his wife have also volunteered their time overseas doing mission work in Vietnam.

Dr. Do is a family dentist, but also does cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, invisalign, and emergency dental work. He and his friendly office staff welcome new patients and walk ins from around the Vancouver area.
